About Flow Yoga Ashburn

Flow Yoga has both a Leesburg studio and a recently opened Ashburn location. The Leesburg studio features hardwood floors, high ceilings, and lots of windows to let in natural light. It offers a warm, inviting atmosphere for yoga as well as a boutique for the purchase of mats, accessories, and other essentials. As for the Asburn location, a team of talented instructors helped design the new space to exact specifications. It boasts two different practice rooms: one for heated classes, the other for non-heated. It also pumps atmosphere through its oxygen air system, filling lungs with the most essential element for exercise or breathing fire. Both practice spaces receive tons of natural light that rewards bodies with vitamin D and the studio with a lower electricity bill.
