I thought the customer service was great and the woman who helped me (wish I remembered her name) really put a lot of thought into figuring out the best matte and frame. She was also patient as I was deciding as well. It felt like a real team effort and I liked that. The result was PERFECT! I see the art everyday and love it. Never had a thought like, "maybe I should have done the matte in a different color" (I have a couple of those hanging around the house). You named the piece "red head" in your system, just in case you want to match up the comment with the order.
