Though professional chef Jim Farlow could brag of a lifetime of study and experience in kitchens across the globe, he considers himself a dad first and foremost. As both a caring young father and a passionate gastronome, he didn't want his girls to grow up on the mainstream diet of processed foods, frozen vegetables, and meat from cows who spent their lives inside playing video games. He created Gourmet To Go in order to provide local, young families like his own with easy access to healthy, fresh, and delicious dinners.

In his kitchen, Jim folds local produce and seasonal ingredients into a impressively diverse menu of beef, chicken, and seafood entrees, pulling recipes from a wide variety of international culinary styles.
