Staff were all kind and welcoming. Classes include folks at lots of different levels, which is great. I love an all female gym. Feels like a safe space.

The group workouts are super fun and I'm always really sore afterward, so I know I'm getting a great workout! All the ladies there are really nice and welcoming. They have plenty of equipment and start out by going through each machine with you to decide what weight you should start at so that you can keep up with your progress.
