Craig and his team were extremely helpful and knowledgable. This was my first experience purchasing and installing carpet, and was a bit unsure of what was the best fit for the high traffic area. Craig's consulation was invaluable. They were also extremely responsive and was able to schedule the installation quickly, and even during the holiday week. The installer was prompt, on time and extremely professional. Took care to ensure he wasn't tracking in any dirt or debris from outside, putting down scrap pieces of padding to line his path through my home. When the installation looked like it would take about 30 mins longer than first estimated, he made sure this time adjustment wouldn't effect my schedule for the day. And the carpet looks great! I would definitely recommend Craig and his team to anyone considering any flooring installation.
