The experience overall was great but my keratin didn’t work. I did everything by the book (I’ve gotten keratins before), but when I washed out my hair today it hadn’t changed a bit. Still the same amount of frizz and curlyness. Such a disappointment. I called another salon and they said either her product or procedure was not right so I wanted to write this to prevent someone else falling victim.
