It would have been nice to know about the 2 for 1 service offer prior to the first appointment as they will only let you take advantage of the offer at the first appointment. Those of us on a budget need to plan these types of expenses.

From the beginning, I felt like this business was trying to push selling more services on me, with a cheap 'offer only good today' attitude. In fact, they essentially told me at the first appointment that the package they'd sold me wouldn't be effective, so I should buy more. Wow. Appointment slots were extremely limited - basically only one day late morning, which really ate into my work day to travel to the Perimeter mid-morning. They also limited where they would treat (just the front, not the whole line) so I'm not thrilled with the results, either. On the whole, I would recommend avoiding this place. Feels like bait-and-switch and I was treated like I was in the way, not a customer.
