They have excellent customer service, but please be prepared to schedule a second appointment, because they will not give you the prescription or B12 injection until after your 2nd visit

The front desk woman is very rude. My first visit I walked up to the front desk and she asked me why am I there. I was so surprised I was at a loss of words. She then asked me, you don't know why you're here?. My 2nd visit she completely ignored me.
