The turkey that I picked up from Black Tie was spoiled. My Christmas dinner was ruined. My guests and family had no meat for dinner. Me and my guests could have gotten ill from the rotten turkey. I do not recommend purchasing anything from this establishment.

smoked turkey wings were charred, legs were not cooked thru, breast was dry and stringy. dry rub was inedible. uneven smoking of bird. threw in trash.
