The Fernbank is a beautiful resource for our state. It is open and bright and can be appreciated by all ages. The outdoor path is beautiful in the fall.

My friend and I had a wonderful afternoon exploring Fernbank and all its wonders. It was just enough to make us want to come back but you can only skim the surface in one flying visit. We had lunch and then I showed her some of my favorite sights. We both loved the film about the man who collected butterflies in the Amazon for so many years and, in so doing, found valuable evidence for one of Darwin's theories.

Great place to take kids. Child-friendly exhibits, outdoor climbing course, big screen National Geographic 3-D movies. And plenty for adults to enjoy alongside them. A wonderful family-centered natural history museum.

We had a great time! We went as a group which included a 17 year old, 10 year old, and one and a half year old. There was a little something for everyone and all of the boys had a great time. Beautiful facility, too. We'll definitely be going back!!

Very nice, interactive and alot of fun. My ten year old loved it. Where comfortable shoes to enjoy the walking trails through the forest

My 2 year old daugther had fun and enjoyed every part of the museum. When we went there, they have the STEM program/activities. She loves the Mammoth.
