If you don't have dance experience or you're a tad on the rusty side, I definitely recommend taking the beginner class! It's an absolutely fun way to switch up the routine, but it's not something I would rely on as a primary option for my fitness goals. I always find myself looking at dance options when I want to add some spice, so I'd definitely recommend it!

Gotta Dance Atlanta is great for dance classes at all levels. My only issue is that they are in the process of switching studios, and the temporary place they are in currently is less than ideal.

It looks a little different from the outside but the routine was awesome and it was a GREAT workout. Me and my friend will definitely be practicing the routine for next week.
