food and coffee was excellent; ample easy on-street parking; inside dining is very limited so seating may not be available; take out is probably better option

I absolutely love Grant Park Coffeehouse! The staff is friendly and chatty and they make the best Chai Tea Latte in town. The location couldn't be better for the neighborhood's residents and the hours are fantastic. I highly recommend popping in for a drink or fresh baked pastries and nibbles.

Grant Park Coffeehouse offers a wonderful, cozy atmosphere. I love seeing the neighborhood enjoy a common place where they can grab a delicious snack and chat. Thanks to the owners for making this a great neighborhood spot.

The breakfast scones, especially the chicken sausage and cheese is incredible and always perfect. Coffee is hot and flavorful. The personal and pleasant service is refreshing.
