Aryn was AWESOME!!! And I really liked the salon and the hair treatment. If I didn't have a regular hair guy, I would probably consider switching, and because they are so close to my home I might switch anyway. Great experience.

Heather did my treatment. She was fantastic, I loved her. She asked me to give you feedback on the new keratin like treatment that you're using. I can't remember the name of it. I like the effect, but the smell is really pungent. It still smells like it did the day I got it. It reminds me of bad men's cologne. The B & B shampoo, conditioner and styling cream also smell really bad. I won't get this treatment again because the smell is so bad. But I love the Salon, and I would recommend it to my friends for other services!

Melissa was my hairstylist and Heather was my colorist. They were both really great and I had a lot of good time with them! I'm an Asian with very thick and rough hair, which is rather hard to manage. My hair also is very pigmented, therefore, extremely hard to have the dyes on. When I first talked to Heather about what I wanted for my visit ( Ombre coloring like that of the celebrity, with my top being my own hair color and gradually lighten it to light brown) , she gave me suggestions on the shades and used this coloring process (similar to highlight) which did not use any foils at all! Since I was afraid getting my hair dyed would damage my hair, I was very glad she used a method that helped lightened my hair yet less damaging. She was quick on lightening my hair even though I have very thick hair. No joke. When Melissa came and gave me a haircut, she was very gentle on styling it. Her cutting technique is adroit, and her style is classy, not overdone. She told me she had helped Heather cut her hair, which is a completely different style than mine, but yet looked amazing! In the end, Melissa made my hair look sleek and shine, and gotten many compliments from the stylists there. You know your hair looks great when the hairstylists comment on it! It was so worth the trip!

I bought the keratin treatment which they said would not stink, but it smells like a reverse perm still two weeks later. Also they told me not to use any shampoo or conitioner with sulfate in it, so i bought the product from them that they suggessted and turns out it has sulfates in it...
