Jewels Beauty Bar founder and GKhair educator and color expert Julia Hart discovered her love for the beauty industry at age 11 when she became intrigued by the styles, makeup, and hairdos of her peers. Now, she and her Dream Squad run a private women's beauty boutique that eliminates wait times and the assembly-line feel of nonpersonalized salons.
