Welcoming atmosphere. Nothing snobby at all. Great owner! Loved Sunshine. They made it work.

Don't make people wait an hour before getting seen, use a base coat under polish, learn how to shape nails and paint. I went home and redid my nails because they were horrible!!! What a waste of my time. I'm not even going to redeem the second mani pedi.

massage chair did not work; water was not particularly hot; no foot massage; interior needs to be redecorated badly; not many nail colors to choose from; didn't feel particularly clean; if it was not a discounted rate i would have been very unhappy

Nail Ink did not have good clean/health standards. Using the same tools, towels, and dryers on multiple customers is not okay...in fact, it's a great way to spread communicable diseases. Their nail polish selection was limited and not professional grade. Their shop was dirty-- with the rugs, windows, and floor needing to be cleaned, food waste (take out boxes) every where, and-- they don't disinfect tools or use new towels for different customers. They don't clean their workstations/tables either. This was a mostly terrible experience!

Nice staff but colors were limited, lighting was bad, and techs did not appear to enjoy working there. Too much discussion of company issues during my treatment. Polish only lasted 3 days and hand and foot.

Begin appointments in a timely fashion & treat clients like you at least want them to return.

The tech didn't do a good job on my hands. The polish is uneven.

* The place needs to be cleaned. Carpets are very dirty. The place is filthy. * Please start using the most current/modern equipment. To remove nail polish, use a cotton swab, not paper towel. Very unprofessional. * The foot spa doesn't even vibrate or anything. They just put a plastic type bowl inside the wooden foot equipment with hot water. That's it. Please get more modern equipment. Even most nail shops (whether it's in the hood or in a nice area) still have the most updated equipment. It's ridiculous that you're making money and not even investing in the things that will help you make more money. * Don't use the same dirty hand towel on all your customers. There are cheap hand towels that you can buy. Respect your customers a little more than that. * Also need more training in filing. The person that filed my feet and nails did a terrible job. She barely even filed them. She was also rude. She kept telling me to relax my fingers and hands. She started acting like it was bothering her that I didn't relax them like she wanted. Who does that? I've gotten my nails done hundreds of times. I've never had anyone tell me I need to relax my fingers and hands. She went so far as to say (supposedly joking) that I must have control issues. Who does that? If my fingers are right in front of your face where you can reach them, you should be able to do your job if you know what you're doing. The over all experience was terrible. And I made the mistake of buying 2 of them. I won't use the other one. I'll just have to suck up that gas money.

Explain the services being offered with the discount so that the customer is fully aware of what is included or not. This way if the customer would like to pay for additional services or options they can do so. Customer Service is very important to me when I'm spending my money!
