The guy was really kind. He even let me use other phone so that I can get a call when the phone is ready. I dropped the phone, had lunch with friend, and the phone was done. I am very happy with the quality. :)

At the Atlanta location you would have to leave your phone and they send it out. It's a bit of a drive to Lawrenceville but the service was great and they got it done very quickly. Nice people. Definitely worth the drive!

Super nice and professional people. They had my phone fixed in a few hours and even had a loaner phone available to me during that time. Wish I had done this years ago and saved myself looking at that cracked screen all that time. I highly recommend them and would use them again in a heartbeat.
