You should let customers know the online system isn't really used to schedule the appointments. Other systems usually guarantee that spot for an appointment.

I think the pressure was entirely too much. I also feel the oil used was in a very limited supply. My body did not feel oiled well enough for the extreme pressure used! My wife and I both felt we needed a massage after the massage to recover.
