Ben Hodges was very knowledgable of medical issues and was able to help with my sciatica. The table was really stiff but otherwise it was great.

Paul is a masterful Massage Therapist. I am an avid outdoor enthusiast, plus I work out a minimum of 6 days a week. Paul's techniques and skill level are second to none! The deep tissue sports massage I received was vital to the repair and restoration of my overworked muscles. Paul is very knowledgeable about the neuromuscular and skeletal systems, of course, but he also employed calming techniques that allowed me to truly relax and "be in the moment". He has such positive energy! Thank you Beaches Rehabilitation Center, and thank you, Paul!
