Truly great experience and a phenomenal workout. Very cool dynamic and I love the layout and decor of the overall gym. Everybody’s very nice and welcoming.

Really loving Striking Beauties thus far! I’ve only been a couple times but the classes are a great combination of high intensity and technique. Dena, the owner, and coaches Shelly & Ashley who I’ve met so far are very welcoming. Great, comfortable atmosphere & so much positive energy! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Absolutely LOVED my experience! So much so I did back to back classes and will be back for more tomorrow! Dena and Peter are both top notch and I feel privileged to have the opportunity to train with them! Highly recommend if you’re looking to feel like you’re ready to take on life and it’s challenges.
