Go during off-peak hours because there are just a lot of kids running around and your kid may get run over. Overall, my kids enjoyed it.

Friendly & helpful staff. Kids 2 1/2 to 10 years old enjoyed the inflatables for my 5 year olds birthday party. Since it was during open play, we went somewhere else afterwards for snacks, cake, & presents.
