If you are just starting out, go to the morning beginner's class. It's a great pace, they really help you learn and modify the WOD to your physical ability. Age, ability, fitness level? Don't worry!! Nice people, no egos. You compete with yourself, it will give you a great workout with great results. The coaches are fantastic. Very nice, open, non-intimidating, sense of humor and welcoming. I have never done this before and was frankly...scared! I even chickened out of my first class. But they told me to come again and try it. They made me feel so at ease. Better than a gym. It's like having a personal trainer with great folks to work out with. Very patient. DO IT!! You will feel amazing!
