Love the general look, except not all candles were lit and the dark trim showed clearly that cleaning and dusting was not a priority. I the service was brought up to the same level as the food it would help. Our server did not understand about moving around a table and reached across even after the food was placed. She also literally snatched the extra silverware of the table, very rude as if to imply we either were to ignorant which of the utensils to use or perhaps were going to make off with it.
The hostess looked like she was pulled in from a night out with GF's perhaps dressing a little more in keeping with the establishment would help, her attitude certainly was too snooty.

The service at Bistro 491 is amazing. The food is excellent.
Please have someone update your website to reflect that you are not located on I-20 off of exit 104 but off of exit 199.

Our waiter was friendly and attentive, food delicious. I took my mother there for dinner and it was a lovely evening. I'll definitely be back!

I was very disappointed with the salad wedge. It was not freshly made and the tomatoes were almost frozen. At a restaurant of this type, everything should be freshly made.
