Kim, who was a private practitioner, just stopped working in Augusta. The first two visits with her were not great, the customer service was terrible, and for my third visit, I showed up, she wasn’t there, she wouldn’t answer my calls, finally she rescheduled, canceled it, then never spoke to me again. All the hair has grown back because it was so long between treatments. Big fat waste.

Don't buy!

I scheduled my appointment with GA Aesthetic Med Spa. When I arrived on my scheduled day, they were closed. No one let me know they had scheduled it on the wrong day. Total lack of professionalism! The skin tightening session only lasted about 20 minutes and was supposed to be 60 minutes. The staff was arrogant, belligerent, and dis-respectful. I will not use their services again and will not recommend them to anyone.
