Nice experience and very helpful recipes that you can easily do at home just wished it was more hands-on but the chef is awesome!!!

Thank you so much for a great day of cooking Asian cuisine. We had fun and learned quite a bit. We can't wait to come eat lunch and come enjoy one of the wine dinners you spoke of. Thanks Chef!

We were VERY disappointed with our experience. The cooking class was supposed to be learning, hands-on, techniques! This was not the case. While we did learn a few recipes and information, we did not get the experience described in the "fine-print" of the deal! Kitchen 1454 should look into what needs to change here! And...we were not served lunch as also written in the description of the cooking class! We had been looking forward to this time, especially since we had another couple come with us, who also had to pay for childcare, and felt bad as what we described would happen did not! Such a shame as this is the only place I know in the area that offers cooking classes.

A lot of people in the class, kind of impossible to practice and learn, I'm very disappointed

Cooking class seemed very disorganized. Way too many people in the class! Setup was very poor since there wasn't enough room for all of us to see him cooking. He needs about 10 more pasta makers for his Italian cooking class. At the beginning of the class he said he would show us how to make a particular dish and all he did was tell us the ingredients. Class was supposed to go to 2pm and he ended it at 1:40. Although he wanted to use ingredients that everyone can find, local grocery store now carry almost all ingredients that professional chefs use. The result of his "common" ingredients ended with a very bland dish that could have been found in a box.

I was expecting a more professional atmosphere for the class. Things were fairly disorganized.
