I enjoy going to Ideal Weight Loss. The staff is great and remembers clients' names and wish there was a closer location to where I live. I would definitely return for future services :)

The place is kind of a dump. Could use a good cleaning and sprucing up. Front desk staff is kind of rude and look totally bored.

I waited nearly 20 minutes for my appontment. The person performing the service had no clue what she was doing. Unfortuatly I have five more treatments there. Hopefully it will get better.
