I previously had my license in Louisiana so this process is somewhat familiar. That said, I believe the system, program, and even tech support to be very user friendly and helpful.

I haven't started the course yet, but there was a glitch in the registration process that the 360 customer service rep took care of quickly and with a good attitude. If they can get customer service right, I can forgive a technical issue, at least one that's fixable. :-)

I wasn't able to register online because the promo code wouldn't apply. However, once I made a call to their customer service they gathered my information and did a manual entry and emailed me once everything was registered.

Had trouble getting the voucher to work online. It only counted for a portion of the value of the class. However, when I called and spoke to a representative, he assured me that he would enter my information manually, and I would be signed up. I received an email with my login details shortly after, and was able to log in. Just started the class, and the information seems in-depth and relevant.
