I set the appointment with this company with one of their reps who actually was able to fit me in the schedule the next day between 12-3pm, which was great. However, I was told that I would receive a confirmation later that evening, which never happened. I did not receive any call the following morning to confirm. I called at 12pm to confirm. Then 3:00 comes around and no one has shown up yet, so I called again. Then I finally I received a call at 4:45 that someone was in route. The technician finally showed up at 5:30! So I wasted 5.5 hours and had to miss half a day of work. The technician did a medioker job. He hosed down the outside of my a/c unit, which I guess is "cleaning" the condenser coils, and basically told me that my unit was old and probably needed to be replaced soon. Not $50 well spent.
