It was so relaxing and great!

This was my first experience was Infrared Saunas. I was very impressed with the service. The environment was warm and relaxing and you actually have your own Heated room unlike some other studios. I felt detoxified, refreshed and lighter after a a thirty minute session. I would highly recommend this for anyone looking to add something easy and healthy into your routine. Melanie

Kinda hard to locate because the name isn't on a marquee. In a chiropractor office at the end of a strip center.

It's a sit down sauna, not a bed. It's comfortable but no back support for those of us with back problems. Time goes by fast and you can even bring your cell phone in!

Dr Jim Shaw, Chiropractor in the office, is knowledgeable, kind and generous--the kind who has integrity as a strength. The atmosphere is pristine, clean, private and healing. The sauna is first class--a full spectrum infrared source, which is no readily available in the area.
