I will only use Austin SuperSteam Carpet & Tile Cleaners going forward. It was reasonably priced, the service was EXCELLENT and of course, my carpets and furniture look brand new. And that is saying something since we have had other cleaners out before and our carpets still looked well used. I am a very happy customer.

wanted 20 more dollar to do throw rug that he offered to do. Only small area of 3 rooms that was not 600 feet. collected 550 tax (was not in fine print)
I rescheduled for the next day of original appointment upon their request. I had to adjust to leave work early on a different day. left leaves from his hose in my hallway

The man that came was unprofessional. There isn't enough room in this box to say everything that needs to be said. I'll leave it at this, Mr Miller, your sarcasm was not funny. Also, you stick to your profession, and leave others jobs to them.

The guy was late. Then he showed up and cleaned the carpet. He briefly ran the machine over the carpet. Every stain that was there before, was there after. I came back over it with spray carpet cleaner and got it all out. Useless. I should have done it all myself and saved myself lots of money.

They were suppose to be at my house between 9 am to 11:00am.i had to call them to see what was going on. They didn't show up to my house till 12:30. Plus had to pay extra to get the carpets cleaned. And didn't get the three rooms as advertised .

Very pushy and tried to upsell product. Also charged additional taxes. Not easy to work with at all. Do not recommend

Nope. Never. I called these people to get my carpets cleaned before family showed up for the holidays. They set an appointment with me and then never showed or called to reschedule. When I called them to find out what happened they neither answered nor returned my voicemail. Very unprofessional.

Did not arrive oN time due to some malfunctions and didn't even call me until after appointment time. The finally arrived like 3 hours later after I had to call to keep in touch with them. They did clean the floors nicely though after they finally arrived.
