Just listen to the staff

Remember to eat something a few hours before hand because you can't eat for 4 hours after the treatment. Also keep in mind when you schedule that it is important to have time to excersize that day as well.

the staff was so helpful. I bought only two treatments, and did the abdomen area. I lost almost five inches total. they measured my upper, middle and lower stomach. the measurement was made after only one treatment. I am friendly going back for more. painless, 30 minutes, no bruising. great results.
