My son loved this camp/class. He complained about being sore and I told him that this is what happens when you change your body. I told him that the first time he gets a "real" basketball or football coach, the training will be similar and he can expect to be sore, but also expect to see real improvement. He was THRILLED with what he learned and was eager to share techniques with his dad on how to start faster, run smarter, etc.
