If you have long hair wear it up. And wear comfy clothing.

Kathy, can give you whatever level of pressure you would like in her massage, and it really does feel good.

I would highly recommend Kathy. She was patient and explained how the muscles work and are lined up on our bodies so that we understood.

The couples massage class offered some helpful basic techniques. The max class size is probably six as the instructional space is extremely small.

A little pricy but a good date night activity to mix it up a bit.
