Everyone was energetic and friendly. They squeezed me in before a big trip and I really appreciate the thoughtfulness and accommodation. Get there early, though. They're busy.

I found the Katy location to have a nice staff. They explained everything beforehand and were competent at completely the procedure. They made me feel very comfortable. The office is new and nicely decorated with a TV above the dental chair so you can be entertained during the whitening.

I didn't like the gum probing and they should inform patients before coming in what they can and cannot eat after whitening. I especially liked the professionalism and the tour they gave me of the modern facility. Since I was there almost 3 hours, it was nice to be able to watch TV.

Dr. A and the staff here are all friendly, helpful, and overall terrific.
