Eileen was excellent. She was on time, very friendly, very open and afterward she took time to offer suggestions for my specific needs. The massage itself was great--Eileen was attentive and very thorough. My only problem was with the establishment itself. The room is in a hallway with other offices, and throughout the massage I could hear people moving about and talking right outside the door. I even smelled someone's food that was being heated up. I found it very distracting and it really took away from the otherwise relaxing atmosphere. Unfortunately, it's enough of a reason to keep me from returning despite the fantastic massage.
