Even though I arrived a little late, Michelle was gracious and accommodating - even working in a haircut after the blowout because my style became uneven after the straightening! My hair is very wavy with a lot of texture and the results added about an inch of length... So glad she was able to even out my bob! The treatment was efficient and effective. My hair is super soft and smooth; I love it! Michelle was very personable, explaining the steps as she went and answering questions.

Michelle was very nice and did a good job, quickly! Because she tries to do 7 clients in a day, it's not the 3 hour wait that is needed at other salons. Her room is also well ventilated and I barely smelled the chemicals. I would say though, if you are tender-headed, this may not be the treatment or location for you. Overall, I would definitely recommend Michelle and will go back!

Went in for Brazilian Blowout. Michelle is great and after trying several other places I finally found a treatment that works for me. She's fast, and very flexible to make schedules work. I will definitely be going back!
