Great song selection
The system they use isnt as good as Austin karaoke. It doesn't program several songs and the search function would produce multiple results on the same song. Some which sounded good and some that didn't so you had to keep trying to find one that sounded good. I would recommend to just go to the karaoke part since we were told it was on another system.

You need your IT guy to update the songs on the touch screen. There were a lot more in the book than available via computer, and that was a bit frustrating at times.
Private rooms are impressive! I like the touch screen monitors for picking a song and the waitress was super nice. Would have still liked a book of songs to look though in the room, it was a bit hard to search and not find the song I and others wanted.
The facilities for this place look great but sound AWFUL. It's like you are in a room with music playing and you're singing along with no mics. The mic volume inaudible and even that is cutting in and out. There is no way to queue songs which makes it very irritating and tedious. It is incredibly hot inside the rooms and the staff do not have any way of adjusting the temperature other than leaving the door of the private room open. The wait staff are not knowledgeable about the way things work and the food selection is not particularly good. The only good thing is that the drinks are relatively cheap. I would never go back there.
