For a very casual burger joint, the service was unusually good. I came about 10 min before closing, and the staff acted pleased to serve me.

Fried chicken is too bland but the burgers are quite excellent!

Top Notch has been one of my favorite places for hamburgers for a very long time. Their burgers are always hot and juicy and delicious. The service is always good and the employees friendly and courteous. It is a family owned business and even though the original family who owned it recently sold it, I have not noticed any change in quality of the food or the service. I go there every chance I get!

Best burgers and fried chicken! Reminds me of the old Holiday House hamburgers! Yum!!

Service is slow, the food never changfes and and tastes like the cheapest ingredients that could be found anywhere were used omn preparation. Flavor.s gone.
