It is an enclosed pod without any light, but one must keep their eyes closed in it anyways due to the extremely salty water.

What a great experience!!! I went because my neck muscles are so tight, and the float totally relaxed them. My neck looks so much longer now, and it feels so great!

This is a life changing experience if you want it to me. Just let go and float. I felt immediate relief from a constant itch which I read as a detox of the skin. Not only that but I meditate like no other from minute 1. Love it
