Best Powerplate classes ever! Alex does a great job working the lower body. Everyone is very friendly, it's a fun experience.

I had my first exercise class in months of not exercising and it was great. The Trainer (Mr. Gabriel) was great. He monitored closely and made sure I did each exercise correctly. The Owner (Mr. Gene) is very friendly and knowledgeable. I can not wait to my next work out classes.

Great first experience! Best workout I have ever had. Trainer was patient, thorough and walked me through the process and moves. Definitely recommend people try it out!
