I had my first body wrap ever and Kelly was exceptional. She made me feel very comfortable, and was very knowledgable. Diane was great, too ... The environment was calm and inviting.

Give info about just wrap again instead of coming for a sales pitch

There were several issues, the bathroom was dirty, they weren't able to schedule my next appt. for several months even though they told me my condition required weekly treatment, they cancelled my original appt. abruptly telling me their staff quit and it was up to me if I wanted to return and that their chiropractic patients were higher priority, disappointing experience that I was looking forward to
