This is a great exercise program for children, my kids loved it. I wanted to keep my kids fit over the winter season when they can't get out and run around as much. I think it would be a good idea for coaches to bring there teams in over the long winter season. My kids can't wait to go back.

All of the instructors are friendly but give an intense workout. You are sure to lose weight/tone up going to those classes!!
