Mark, our salesperson was so helpful, patient and professional with a great personality. He is the reason we decided to purchase that night instead of looking around for a couple of months.

Show Me Moving was unprofessional, lacking in any customer service, and unfortunately put a very large hole in my ceiling when moving the mattress up our stairs. It took me calling multiple times as well as the distribution center at Mattress Sources calling multiple times for someone at Show Me to get back to me. It had been well over a week before I heard anything from Show Me. They ended up sending a man out to "fix" the very large hole. He did a horrible job at patching the hole and said he would be back in a week-telling me it would take multiple applications to patch the hole. A week rolled around and he didn't show-left a message stating that he couldn't come out. I called Show Me (again multiple times) and told them I would prefer getting the damage fixed myself. They are supposed to send me a check in the mail for the invoice I sent over. We'll see. I've never had such horrible luck with a moving company. I've lived in St. Louis for 10 years and have used multiple moving companies. Let's hope Mattress Source decides to switch moving companies.

The staff seemed honest, no pressure, and I felt comfortable spending as much time as I wanted sitting and laying on mattresses.

shopping experience was ok. Trying to set up a delivery is now the hard part, as they do not do that themselves, and operate out of one wearhouse for the entire region.

Honest people...they were easy to work with!

They made everything very easy, they found what I needed in about 10 mins. and I was out of there in 15.
