This class makes you sweat and that's a good thing! I would greatly appreciate if the usual instructors incorporated more strength training and sustained cardio trills used by the substitute instructor. I was sore the next day after his class and I have never felt sore after the usual classes. I personally do not find the partner activities to be effective. It could be my lack of experience with these exercises. I really would like to see more burpees, push ups, squats, etc. The instructor does know everyone's name and is super caring and encouraging. I like that she performs the exercises alongside the participants. She's very knowledge and approachable. (Excuse spelling errors)
