The food is always good. This time the service was exceptional. They went extra to make my granddaughters enjoy their visit.

This experience was a little disappointing. I have been here in the past and had wonderful, attentive service from everyone who was working the tables. Today, we were barely greeted, there was absolutely no service after Tea was delivered, even though our party was two little girls and two adults who were wanting to celebrate a birthday. We asked for a bucket and some ice for the champagne we brought and we’re given neither but wine glasses to have our champagne in. And we had a spill at the table twice with two little girls and I had to go get napkins ourselves and received no assistance. I wouldn’t behind the counter myself to get napkins and the three employees on the cell phones who were sitting behind it and never even noticed. So it was a little disappointing in comparison to previous experiences. It gets three stars for me because I’ve been there before when it was better. Today’s service would’ve merited only two stars.

It’s a unique and casual spot to have tea. The food and tea choices are outstanding though several food items weren’t available. The service could be a bit quicker but they were all very nice. It’s a great place that’s different from the normal….

Very nice. Food was enjoyable, and two uninterrupted hours with friends was what I needed. Much better service this time. I will go back.

Based on previous reviews, my family and I were excited to try out Emma's Tea Spot. The ambiance was nice, but we did not feel welcome at this establishment. We didn't have reservations and they were able to accommodate us initially which was a positive. The response went sour when we inadvertently sat at the wrong table. We were asked if we wanted to eat there and move if the reserved guests came in. We agreed to move and had to help move our own service ware. Halfway through our tea time, we were again interrupted to ask if another walk in could join our table. It was not a comfortable experience and we observed other customers receiving adequate service that was not extended to our family. Best wishes to the establishment but we don't plan on returning.

About this Business
