I'd recommend it to anyone, but the cost is considerably high. There should be a McHenry Row resident discount - 5 spin classes for $50-$55. $85 for 5 is way to high, in my opinion. Or $85/month for unlimited cycle would lure loads of clients.

I just struggled with some technical stuff on their website regarding my account but once I showed up at the actual spin studio everything was cleared up and they were more than helpful. I LOVED my first class and can't wait to go back for the next 4.

Be ready to sweat!! I was a little bit confused on how the computer worked but a fellow spin participant helped me out. Great work out and loved the instructor

Nice place, they give you a cold towel towards the end of class so that's very refreshing and they have showers if you need to do a quick change after class.

Love love love the cool, damp and refreshing towel you are given at the end of the workout after sweating it out! It's a great reward for a hard workout!
