Although the service was great, there was less emphasis on creating a relaxing, calm atmosphere than I've had in the past at other nail salons.

They were serious that you needed to make an appointment before going. They did fit me in, but it seemed as if they would have much preferred to do this by appointment.

Take more time with each client.

They charged me extra above the coupon to take off polish before beginning. I think it should all be included or atleast tell us when we buy the coupon there will be extra charges.
