The only thing I had a problem with is they wanted all my insurance information and health history. I was going for a facial and they made me fill out a packet of paperwork? Once in the room they took my weight and blood pressure as well. I've had facials a number of times this is the only place that gives you a partical physical before?

Friendly and professional staff. Emily is wonderful. The doctor does the peels, and is very concerned for your comfort. I am very happy with the results.

Strange set up for the facility. Seemed to be many people waiting to see a MD and not for aesthetic reasons, mostly elderly and many minority families. Cleanliness did not seem to be an issue as the waiting room was littered and unattractive. The procedure I had done was ineffective with no result. Aesthetician seemed young and inexperienced. Total waste of my time and money. Long wait in waiting room, big disappointment.
