I have used 1800 contacts for years and will be going back to them. MD Contact was the worst experience. First, when placing the order I was double charged. I reached out to them immediately and it took over 2 weeks before someone to even respond. At this time, Iwas told the money would be refunded in a few days, and that my contacts we're being shipped out. When I called back a week later, I was told they had been sent and it would be a matter of day When calling back another week later, I was now told they were being shipped and it would be another 5 days to receive them. I live 2 Towns away. I finally had to call AGAIN and request they overnight or cancel my order. This was a horrendous experience and I would NEVER recommend their services. In over 20 years of wearing contacts I have never experienced anything like it.
