I love this place. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. They also offer Sunday hours. The prices are great. Worth every penny. This was my second visit and I'm looking forward to my 3rd visit.

The staff is very accommodating and professional. Dr. Ye is informative and nice.

No professional. There was a lady who was explaining after surgery care to a patient in the reception area discussing all her personal medical issues. There were many other people in the reception area. I felt a little uncomfortable when all the employees were speaking Chinese. Especially when I was going under treatment the nurses were chatting the entire time. Microneedling wasn’t the best.

The staff was nice, but I waited almost 1.5 hours with an appointment. The procedure room where I had my micro needling done, was also used as a break room for the staff, to eat etc. Not appropriate, it smelled like food. The place was a bit messy. This is your body, face etc. Go with your gut instinct. I learned form this one.

Terrible experience! The procedure left scarring on my face. The staff was not personable. I will never return to this office.
