Staff is very friendly and attentive. Ensured that I felt comfortable knowing what to expect and could stop if it became painful (it didn't). Treatment took about 10 minutes. The spa is very clean. I will definitely come back.

My redness is almost all gone after one treatment. Depending on how the rest heals up I might go back for 1 treatment. The ladies were all super friendly and the young lady that did my procedure was thorough on what to expect. Trust the process!
